1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files saved in the browser that help keep a session, remember settings and run the product securely.

This document is effective from: March 15, 2026.

2. Which cookies we use

• Session and security cookies needed for logging in, CSRF protection and keeping the session active.
• A guest token cookie needed for the free demo and for assigning conversations to the browser before you log in.
• A preference cookie, for example one remembering interface settings such as the state of the sidebar.
• Technologies of the payment operator shown at checkout, if the user proceeds to payment.

3. Analytics and measurement

We may use lightweight product analytics and technical logs to measure traffic, diagnose errors and improve how the service works.

If we use external tools, we do so to as limited an extent as possible and in line with applicable law.

4. Third-party cookies

After you go to the payment page of the payment operator, the operator may set its own cookies in line with its privacy and security policy.

AI model providers do not set cookies directly in your browser merely because a message is sent to a model, but the content of the conversation may be processed on servers.

5. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Turning off the necessary cookies may, however, make it impossible to log in, hold conversations or use the guest demo.

6. Age verification cookie (age_verified)

Purpose: the 18+ age gate protecting access to content intended only for adults.

Storage time: 30 days from the moment the age is confirmed. Value: 1 (no personal data).

The cookie is set by JavaScript after the confirmation button is clicked and is not sent to third parties.

Removal: browser settings, then delete the cookies for this domain. After removal the age gate will appear again on the next visit.
